I’m Nick Bennett — a design leader specializing in enterprise and operational systems at global scale.

At Amazon Fulfillment Technology, I lead UX across the full product ecosystem, spanning frontline associate workflows and operator decision systems across 4,500+ sites in 42 countries. My work focuses on simplifying complex, data-heavy environments where AI, automation, and human decision-making intersect. I design systems that make intelligent recommendations understandable, actionable, and trusted in high-stakes operational contexts. I don’t just design products; I design the systems behind them: experience frameworks, AI interaction models, and operating mechanisms that allow teams to scale clarity, consistency, and trust across large, distributed organizations.
